As you can see from the formation, the 5 wingers and the SS somehow ate the RPM long ball to score a goal.
The team guidelines are from Positive Tiki Taka - Shadow Striker Tweak, and the personal guidelines for the wingers are from ZaZ - Blue DM ( Double Tweaked )
This tactic deserves to be tested, as it is, at best, a tactic that leads a team rated as a mid-lower team to an overwhelming victory.
