Overview: I decided to try something different. Previously I've worked on my own Arrowhead and Blink tactic, and even tried some variations on Rush and my own strikerless builds. However, I was challenged on stream to work on something more "standard". I decided to try and make a successful 4-2-3-1 that could control possession, score goals, and prevent goals. Some of the role inspiration is my own, some of it comes from ZaZ and some from Dino. I think there are still some necessary tweaks, but I'm very happy with the results so far!

Methodology: This tactic was tested on the database that I made with Dino. 10 teams, 72 game season. The teams do not have their original rosters. Instead, the top 30 players in each position on the pitch were divided evenly among the 10 teams to provide a flat league structure. Each team is "human controlled". We have assigned/locked-in a base AI tactic to each team, then put an unsackable human manager on holiday. This is to ensure that the tactic faces a spread of tactics that the AI is likely to use. Two variations of 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1, and 5-3-2. 4-4-2, 4-2-4, 4-1-2-1-2 all make an appearance as well.

I think this tactic is really strong and balanced and I hope you find some success with it! If you have any questions, leave a comment and I'll try and answer them! If you also have some good results or tests, post them here!
