Wind is a high intensity tactic based on Green (also similar to this tactic). For tips and extra information, check the Fire thread.
The tactic scores most goals from inside the box with the advanced forward, and assists are evenly distributed by the flanks and middle.
Changelog Wind 1.0
Wind 2.0

Love this formation, bummer that it didn't test as well as your other shapes the first time. Hope you're able to figure it out.
Wind updated.

Excited to see this one tested
Thank you for the update on this fantastic tactic.
Could you please also show the player instructions for us console users, thanks
Please test this guys!!
@ZaZ What individual training to be used for player position, foot, acceleration, endurance, etc?
My current testing table. As a recap I am using the bottom ranked side from all the 7 English competitions. So that is 314 matches for each run. The results differ slightly from the FM Arena tests where all teams are equal. So my tests favour how the tactics are for underdogs.
Any tactic in the top 7 will get you great results in my opinion, as there really isn't much between them. For instance, the earlier version of Wind 2.0 (Wind 1.1) had one bad division result that was quite costly. An average result there would have seen it 3rd or 4th, and I believe there were improvements to the tactic since I tested.
My recommendation would be to use 3 of the top 7 tactics in your 3 training slots making sure they are easy to move between. For example: 1 World of the Best Tactic (4-2-0-2W-2), 2 The Amazing Hindle (4-1-2-2W-1), 3 Amater v2 (4-2-1-2W-1). Ensuring you have (or train) a DM/MC to move from 1 to 2, and a ST/MC to move from 1 to 3 would make it easy to move around the 3 tactics during the game. You could do just as well using 1 Corsair, 2 ZaZ Wind and 3 WestHammer.
Basically Wind 2.0 will reach top of your table isn't it ?

Zaz has wrote a guide for us all in this thread.

@ZaZ Do we use focus play in this tactic on both flanks? Also, individual training remains same like endurance, etc.

FM-Arena just started testing those things, and I didn't have time to test myself. Anything I say before the tests is just a wild guess.

I can't do right now, but I will try to do it later. If someone can please take the screenshots before, it would be good. =)

You use Focus Play only if your flank is clearly stronger than your opponents. For attributes, check this table.

If the other screen is better I can upload those instead?

@ZaZ How we know if our flank is stronger than others?

Just make a comparison on the other team

If you are lazy to compare player by player (actually just wingbacks and wingers), you can also check the reports from your staff. They usually tell some hints before the match.
@ZaZ Is this the tactic you were testing all this while?

One of them.
Still it keeping on leaking goals doesn't seem perfect yet, in my tests amazing hide and zdane performed better! Sorry

How do you test? I've just played away to good teams two games in a row and they had one shot on goal each.
Holiday testing has gone well, but need to run again as the points spread of the league was an outlier.
I test by playing manually not on holiday just lost 6-0 away at man city with arsenal. This result can't be a sign of a top tactic for sure!

A new game, a current save? One game isn't definitive either way and if your tactic is not fluid etc any tactic can get destroyed by City away.
I am possibly noticing balls over the top being a problem and keeper off his line, but this might just be FM!

I'm trying my best, sorry if my tactics are not good enough this year.

Don't start to be sorry for guyz who only spam forum for a plug and play 95% score tactic.
Your work is always near the best or simply the best on this community, so don't worry.

Don't let them get to you mate, you are doing a great job

I think the other poster might need to chill out a bit and possibly gain some more knowledge of FM!!!
Holiday test the new tactic did well, but I need to run more tests for consistent results. In my manual save the tactic is growing game-by-game and my defence is really good. Will report more after xmas and having played the ECL and some harder league games.
Thanks! I'm not demotivated, just a bit frustrated with balancing attack and defense. Getting loads of goals is not hard in this engine but adding a good defense to an aggressive tactic isn't so easy. I mean, I can add two DMs, but since people already did that, I prefer to explore other directions. Maybe the best layout is just with two DMs, but it's hard to know. Also, everything can change with the next patch, so I'm not exactly in a hurry.

That guy's been posting the same sh*t in every thread "I just tried your tactic few games and lost so your tactic is bad, make a new one"
I sure if you have a bit brain in your head then it's should be obvious that a tactic is only about 10% of the success in FM23 and other 90% is the quality of your players, how well do you rotate your team to keep the morale and conditions and the highest possible level.
In FM23 we don't have any exploits and if you want dominate then get the best players in your team and learn how to keep the morale and condition and the highest possible level.

Especially condition, as it was shown to have an even bigger effect in this version.
