I played as Bournemouth in the very first season using only the instant result option (and spending less than 10 million), and almost won the Premier League. I was sat in first with 34 games played...then both of my keepers got injured on top of the 4 other already injured players. Ended up playing some grayed-out keeper against Spurs.

Had it not been for injuries, I think we could have won the Premier League in the first season as Bournemouth of all teams.

Yes, I didn't change the mentality.

But I also had a different version of the tactic with a very low intensity that I used when I had a comfortable lead in matches to save the conditions of the players.

It's just a few tweaks

Mentality to "Cautious"
Time Wasting to "Maximum"
Removing "Counter"
Removing "Counter-Press"
Tempo to "Minimum"
Trigger Press to "Standard"
Line Of Engagement to "Mid Block"

Also, I moved the left Striker to the left AM position.

I usually used it when I was up 2-3 goals in matches or for friendly matches.

Trying out this tactic a bit. Performs very well, plenty of goals, defensively solid.

One question. What's the idea with just 1 guy in the wall defending free kicks? Even direct ones. Conceded only 1 goal in a full season from it, but it kind of looks silly. Is it possible that it just works?

It's zonal pieces at first from those ifk fk and stuff was getting like 10 goals for season, the tip went from Cadoni and i just adapted it,i will check later to put another additional guy on the wall..
This set piece engine is the worst thing of the game tbh.
