Hi mate - after a few years off FM I've bought the new FM and going to get back into it, spent this week going through the site and have decided to use this tactic as my first one! Will be using it with Wigan as started unemployed and that was the first job I got offered - do you have any recommendations for training? Have got the individual for each player set up for the role they will be playing was more wondering about general team training - had a look through the site but couldnt see much on training

I am using various trainings, the most one that I had more benefit is the one from Cadoni, 8/10 players Max out their CA pretty easily but once i am back I wanna try even cae's one. I didn't had really that time too test training in depth... At the moment testing more ois implementation... Once I am back home will gladly share the files.
You can even let the am doing individual training but you won't max out the general output.

That would be great mate if you could share the files or point me in the direction of where to go to read up on some options! I have had a look around a couple of FM sites and there are tactics galore everywhere but couldnt really see much regards training schedules, like I said would really really appreciate it matey!

Thanks mate really appreciate the links, is there anywhere to get any information about the Cae ones? Also can I check with you with Cadoni one's we were discussing is there ones for pre-season? The pack I downloaded had 7 in there but none for pre-season and on the website when it mentioned how pre-season was set up it just said it will be discussed later on in the guide??

From cadoni i just use pre-season 1 game and 2 games(cae's or cadoni, at the moment i can say that with cae's i am getting better grownth stats, but people talks good about Zaz's as well didn't try them yet i will after patch i guess) spread to over the season  even tho i am not playing cups or whatever, always prefered like that since ages to be honest.

you couldnt add the pre-season ones from Cadoni could you please mate the were not in the download pack I got
