Hello!
This is my 3-5-2 tactic called "Wabi-Sabi", that means "perfection in imperfection" in Japanese.
I tried to make some kind of unconventional FM-tactic, so there is no Gegenpress, Attacking mentality or extreme high-tempo passing game.
See formation and some results with Wolves and Southampton single season/no transfers below.
I will kindly appreciate if this tactic would be tested.

Here is a new version of this tactic.
I reworked midfield and attack roles, increased focus on center build-ups, tweaked GK distribution.
Hope it will be retested and will perform much better than the first one.
