4-3-3 Saints

Hi Guys,

Here is my 4-3-3 tactic that I've been using for the entirety of my Southampton save, tweaking it gradually as my players got better.

The screenshots are from my latest season, the 2033/32 campaign, in which I won every trophy except the FA Cup.

Now some issues with the system are the centre forward doesn't score like Haaland, and I'd love to get some ideas on how to improve that after some of you have tested it or just on viewing the screenshots.

If you're having trouble during a game, you can go into the tactic and change the passing settings to the two second furthest to the left- shorter and lower tempo. This helps keep the ball and takes pressure off your defence.

I've recruited players exclusively using the attribute weight table on this site, so you don't need a specific type of player.

No opposition instructions unless it's Haaland, whilst I usually just use the most positive team talks.
