New, English is not good. Can someone tell me what rules are there between the tactical ranking of these 55 points under the latest testing mechanism? Is it sorted by the first letter of tactics?

Maybe the have the same number but maybe was like 54.35 and the first one 54.40 (just saying random numbers i didn't really checked it)
