Attached you´ll find my 3412 tweak tested with Werder Bremen in German Bundesliga.
compared to tweak 1.0 i changed the DM roles into VOL (su).
It secured 2nd place in Bundesliga with one of the weakest sides in the league.
The tactic is based on the 3412 Italian Magic by @Delicious also set-pieces etc are from this tactic.
No OI´s were used.
