An updated version of this tactic.

Tweaks on PIs:
  - Removed 'Take More Risks' from STs.
  - Removed 'Move Into Channels' and 'Shoot Less Often' from DMs.
  - Added 'Pass It Shorter' and 'Cross Less Often' to WBs.
