Take the middle AF and place in right midfield and change to WP(A). No other instructions Change the DMC(R) to DM(D) with PI Stay Wider Change the DMC(L) to DM(S)
Idea is, the DMC(R) protects the right hand side of the pitch better and the WP is usually available to take the ball from him. The WP(A) also pulls defenders in and allows the WBR to get more space to get down the line.
The WP(A) is a role designed for Roony B, but have had success there with anyone with flair and creativity.
The only real thing that bugs me is the DMC(R) doesn't always get the best of ratings - but does an important job, I'm putting this down to the ME not valuing defensive duties well enough. Expand

This is only the attacking corner routine. I might upload more set pieces later on, but I want to improve and test them more first. I scored the most from indirect free kicks too, but just by 1 goal, and I conceded the least in the league from defending corners.
Quick question, when you take the tactics, do you make any changes to the coaching advised by the assistant before the matches? example: raise on the sides? play more direct? careful system? or do you not touch anything? Thank you in advance for the feedback, team.

Fatigue management and mentality according to the game status, u alrdy know that the best mentalities are balanced and attacking. You can swap between in any tactic here on the forum. Keep in mind that u can change some attacking roles to support when going to balanced and wants to keep the results till the final blow.

Thank you for your feedback letsgo9, yes I imagine we can modify as we wish but I am afraid that the advice of the deputies will modify the tactics too much and that it will turn against me, because sometimes their advice is used to adapt to the situation. 'opposing team. Would you still have recommended changing certain things? as you said to take into account fatigue, fitness etc...

I'm not the original person you were talking to, but I'd like to share my opinion. I'm skeptical about changing the tactic based on staff advice before the match starts. Like you mentioned, these changes might backfire and weaken it. If my Assistant Manager really knows his stuff, say with a tactical knowledge of 17 or higher, I might consider his opposition instructions. But it's tough to know if these changes are actually effective. There is a test on here showing that tactics can perform worse with the OIs. However, during a match, especially when we're comfortably leading, I'd be more inclined to follow my Assistant's advice, if it would result in strengthening our defense or conserving our players' energy.

for me wing backs and dms are key for this tactic, I never let them get tired

Yup. My WBs and the DLP are the ones getting most of the assists.
Off-topic: my DM with a defensive role is really struggling with his ratings every match, even though he's one of my best players according to his Current ability and Genie Scout rating for the DM position. Super weird. Do you experience the same in your games?

Thanks kvasir It's cool in fact I was in national and I'm stuck in league 2 in France with my team, the gegenpress no longer works so I wanted to try another approach in terms of training. Since in my game my assistant does not have 17 ^^ it is better not to listen to him but during the match yes. Thank you for your feedback.
so the season ended , im Tottenham another friend is Liverpool and the guy i wanted to beat is chelsea, he is using the 424 deformation II (Tweak - Fairly Wide) and god knows how, he went unbeaten in the premiere league, i was using the same tactic and obviously lost some games... need to find how to break that tactic. and i need the damn AI teams to hit him with the mid season slump or to addapt to him.
Wondering if, the fact that we are 3, the ai teams are not addapting to the tactics of all the players... normally we are only 2 and the mid season slumps always comes and harder to the guy in 1st, but this fm this guy is just not losing
Let me know if I am doing this wrong. I set the tactic to Hoffenheim. I went on vacation and forced this tactic only. I ran this twice I didn't change anything to the tactic. I was fired both times.

If the Board want a meeting with with you but you are on Holiday so you can't visit it then you get fired.
If i wanted to make my own test where would i have to go to download a database and stuff like that? I would love to test this formation with an inverted fullback instead of the right wingback

Except from a custom database you need to freeze morale, condition and attributes to any player so you will also need FMRTE to do this.

You have 2 options:
- Run multiple times normal season on the 5 biggest leagues in the world.
- Create one database.
