An updated version of iBox V1.7b.

Changes:
Team Instructions
  - Added: Slow Pace Down
  - Removed: Run At Defense, Overlaps, Distribute Quickly

Roles and Duties
  - BPD(De)  -->  CD(De)
  - DLP(Su)  &  DM(Su)  -->  BWM(Su)
  - SS(At)  -->  AM(At)
