Rebellion V1a
Based on 424 QuadroWave X-4 created by @sponsorkindest.
Changes:
- Increased mentality from Balanced to Attacking.
- Removed Focus Play, Get Stuck In, Step Up More instructions.
- Added 'Hold Position' to DMCL.
- IF to W and WB to IWB.
- Adjusted PIs on the new roles.
