Losing or drawing - Expect better / Not good enough
leading by 1 goal - Beware complacency
Leading by 2 or more goals - say nothing
I disagree with the half time tips. It's better to have happy players than stressed players. In my experience, I prefer to compliment them as long as the team is winning. If not winning, I usually tell they are awful and they usually get motivated and turn things around.
In my experience if you praise them at half time they get complacent and let the opposition back into the game
Probably because of bad personalities. To get complacent at 1x0 is not common, so they probably have low professionalism.
