Right CM now has hold position
DM now has hold position
Left CM now has attack duty
Removed focus play down flanks
Added overlap
Idea is to have the left CM push into a more attacking midfield role and for the right CM to hold position so essentially creating a 4231 with somewhat a double pivot which seems to be crucial in this years top formations
