Any thoughts on the default selection of players for various set piece roles? I noticed that aerial threats seem to be selected based on an average of jumping reach, heading and strength, but this does not seem optimal. Jumping reach seems much more important than the other two; some level of heading is needed to get the ball on target, but I can’t tell if strength has any benefit at all.

Corner Taking is pretty much corners and which foot they are using, depends on whether I am after an inswinger or outswinger. I usually select Aerial Threats on Jumping Reach given the attribute testing on this site. Then Creators on Technique and Recovery Defenders on Pace. I also take into account where the players need to end up after the set piece and order of priority. For instance I wouldn't have my best aerial threat taking a corner just because he had the best corner delivery.
@Gerrard requested I test his Azure V3 routine. It has now been tested and included in the results on the opening post. It did very well under my rating system finishing 3rd.
So i see that best set pieces comes from Han 106 Bests Hits (best Goals from Corner, and Best Goal against from corner) Where could i find these set pieces ?

I was wondering if you're still active and would be willing to test a few set-piece routines I found online (from FM-Gamers & FM-Base) to see how they rank on your testing table. If you're up for it, I'll attach them here in advance. Of course, full credit and shout-out to the original creators!

It is possible. But I am not sure it is probable given the changes to set pieces this year. Feel free to give it a go if you want.

That is just the base, ie no set piece loaded.

All the set pieces tested are uploaded under their own threads in the Set Piece Sharing Section
Thanks Mark
