How bad is it to switch a player role, for eg, i downloaded one of the top tactics but it has 2 Wingers, i have raphina who really is a better IW or IF.
Is it better to play player in best position or play them out of position and keep tactic the same.

The role ratings doesn't mean anything. Just ignore them.

Opinion from assistant manager on best player roles is just cosmetic, it doesn't have any impact in the game. Preferred foot from wingers don't make much difference either. That being said, you will usually have the best performance if you don't change the tactic.

Wow really? Does that work for example if you need a left back, does playing a right back even tho their showing as red for that position not make a difference or will it make a difference in that instance?

You're messing up Position Rating and Role Rating. They are very different things.
Position Rating does matter and it's an important thing.
Role Rating doesn't matter and it's more a cosmetic thing.
