Not sure if this is the right place or if anyone can help as I am only playing FM21 Touch. I have only been playing this game a few weeks and have read a few posts about the lack of Newgens or Youth Intake from different countries. I thought I had read somewhere that this issue was resolved however I am in my 3rd season and there is a severe lack of youth intake from other countries other that England. I have seen an intake from Brazil from only 1 club of about 6 players, no other South America intake. Nothing from Italy, about 6 from PSG in 3 seasons no other French clubs and 3 from Ajax no other Dutch clubs.
Is it actually worth me carrying on my save any further or know how to resolve this issue?

I also play FM21 touch and haven't been noticing any issue with Newgens or Youth Intake.
Honestly, I've been playing FM for about 10 years and never paid much attention the Youth Intake thing because I find it's very boring and seeing a good player from Youth Intake is meeting a unicorn. IMHO, it's a waste of time.
To be honest, depending on youth intake is quite pointless. You spend lots of money to get one or two useful players every year, when you could just invest the same money to get even more youth players from other teams. I feel like it's a loss of money (but I always max youth stuff anyway, just because I like to feel I improved the team).
I generally don’t depend on Youth Intake either, in all the years I have played I don’t think I have ever had anyone that is out of this world. Just feel like this game there isn’t any ‘new’ players coming though in any other countries, normally you can pick a few gems up world wide. It just seems my game isn’t producing any new players at all. For example I have just looked at the Spain U19s squad, there are only 3 players, one of them is a Newgen from Peterborough.

Are you playing with spanish league selected? I don't think it generates many players from leagues that aren't being played.
