Hey man, I tried your tactic for Fenerbahçe, Tottenham, and Dortmund, and it’s an amazing tactic. Thanks!

Alright, so what tactic would you recommend with a smaller team against bigger teams?

Being honest, I ignore those messages more often than I would like to admit. Any suggestion I give is just a wild guess since I do not have any evidence of the impact of those instructions to performance. However, I would recommend you to always focus on attacking corners.

@ZaZ  Quick question: I’ve been following the training plans as described. Everything went well in the first season, but since the second season, there have been more players who’ve regressed than those who’ve improved. What could be causing this?

Are there any specific traits you recommend or tend to avoid for each position? Trying to understand how to get my IF more involved as they seem to disappear at times and the wing backs get into better scoring positions.

Some attributes will naturally drop, as the training is focused on funnelling CA to the most important attributes. Keep in mind the schedule assumes you are using double intensity and quickness focus with all players.

There is not much testing to support some traits are better than others in this version, but I like to train those that complement the instructions of the tactic and their roles. I usually go for attacking instructions like dribble more or some sort of finishing (place balls or shoot with power).

OK, and what about the youth players? Should I have them train with the first team and work on their quickness individually as well?

Either that or you can also set training in youth team (Rebalance, to skew their attributes toward pace and acceleration).

okay got it, One more question: do you happen to know whether DB setups affect your training or progress in this case?

Then the answer is yes and no. "Yes" because changing CA/PA, club reputation and facilities can affect the growth of players. "No" because it does not change the mechanics of training.
