I'll upload the pictures once Blue 4.0 is tested. For now, I keep the pictures for the old version since it's at the top. I'll add the pictures for 4.0 here if anyone is interested. (I'm not organizing it, though, because it's time to sleep here.)

@ZaZ I remember that in FM21 you had created a basic version to always use at the start of the game, a more offensive version to use in the second half if the result is still tied and finally a more defensive version to use when you are ahead by two goals. With fm22 the basic tactic to use is zaz 3.3 and the others?

I'll check for defensive variations later in next patch. Right now, Blue 4.0 is my best and Light Blue is the tactic to save energy.

I'm afraid to turn ZaZ - Blue 4.0 into something more defensive it requires changing the formation and duties.
For example, if you need to turn ZaZ - Blue 4.0 into something more defensive then I would use this tactic as a base but changed the duties of IWBs to Support instead of Attack - https://fm-arena.com/tactic/2615-chrys-4-4-2-axis/
Obviously, 1 man advantage is a huge advantage for the opposition but it isn't tragic as it might look and if at that point you already have a lead by 1 goal or more then you still a good chances to keep the winning score or at least grab a draw.
I usually remove one of the advanced forwards and play with these combinations:
Added Light Blue 4.0 and Solid Blue 4.0. Both kept the same shape as Blue 4.0 and to keep performance level as close as possible.
- Light Blue: Blue with cautious mentality, ease off tackles, stay on feet and slow pace down. It concedes around 5% fewer goals, avoids bookings and uses less energy. - Solid Blue: Blue with cautious mentality. It concedes around 15% fewer goals.
Keep in mind that you don't need to train Solid Blue if you already train Light Blue, since it already has cautious mentality. In that case, just changing mentality during a match will be enough for the team to keep maximum tactical familiarity.
My recommendation is to use Solid Blue when you want to hold a score. It's also a good idea to use Solid in the first half of matches against hard teams, to unsettle them, then change back to Blue during the second half, when their players are getting nervous.
You should use Light Blue when you want to rest your players and avoid bookings, thinking about the rest of the season. I recommend using it anytime you think a match is under control, like two or three goals of difference. If your aim is to hold a score, use Solid Blue instead.

I can say that we've tested the Touchline Instructions and found that they are essential and give a huge advantage.
It requires releasing Touchline Instructions every 15-20 minutes during a match which can be quite annoying so if you don't want to be bothered with doing them then you can delegate them to your assistant manager.

I just want to add that if you're going to handle the Shouts yourself then it's always more beneficial releasing Shouts to "Entire Team" instead of "Individuals" because it affects all the players at once.
"Fired up be the feedback" body language means that you released a proper shout that motivated your players.
If you're going to delegate the Shouts to your assistant manager then to do well he should have high "Motivating", "People Management", "Tactical Knowledge" and "Determination". Also, if these attributes are at a high level then he'll be very good in doing the Team Talks.

I use it as often as allowed, except in the 15 first minutes of each half (because I don't know if they replace team talk or add on top of it). In my experience, those shouts often work:
- Encourage anytime you are not winning. My default shout when the match is tied. - Praise anytime after winning for 10+ minutes. - No pressure when winning against stronger opponent. - Calm down when you got too many yellow cards.
I have never managed to get good results with focus. Demand more and fire up also stopped working for me, but I used them all time in FM21. I don't use berate because I don't think it's nice to the players (even though it's just a game).

Just get a good assistant manager, delegate everything to him and forget about it because I find it's not fun, repetitive and boring and if you'd ask me then SI should made all that stuff to be optional.
Been using Zaz Blue-4.o, with Zaz-Solid Blue 4.0 in the first half against big teams. Working an absolute treat. Won the Champions League with a bit of luck, and doing really well in the league. Performing above expectations every year. Thanks so much for the tactic.
I have a few questions too.
What is the ideal pitch dimensions to choose? Will having a smaller pitch size reduce fatigue and be a better choice?
Is there a position(s) you think is most important to have the best players in? Trying to decide what to prioritise in the transfer market.
Sorry if you have already answered these questions and i've missed them.

That could work, but you can wait for a bigger or smaller lead against some teams, depending on match difficulty.

I usually remove one of the advanced forwards and play with these combinations:
1) Advanced Forward + Shadow Striker
2) Advanced Forward + Central Midfielder
3) (Strikerless) Shadow Striker + Shadow Striker
It's very important no to make a huge mistake and play with 2 Advanced Forwards because you'll be just smashed.

You can use any player, but good players will give better results. You can read "Attribute Importance" in the first post for more info.
