Ok, so in them examples you're under your XG each time, not massively under, but under. So XG is the quality of your shots, have a look at who is taking your shots? is it your midfielders? defenders? What I would say though is your XG is around 20% - 30% of your shots on target, so its not too bad and like you said, winning is the most important stat at the end of the day

If I lose then it is what it is, but that's just my approach to the game :D others will do it differently of course but with the top tactics, just plugging and playing and buying the right players should do the trick.

I do my own training but I'm out at the moment so can't share it

This is interesting to me, cause I kinda plug and play aswell. I use a simular version of this tactic (as in, a 4321 tactic, but I wanna give yours a go) and I never change anything about it. I was thinking of maybe trying to start using the instant result button, but I was wondering, hence me asking you, does this affect anything? As in, would it be worse to do then watching the game, even though I don't touch anything besides some substitutes here and there?

In a way, yes, because you leaving pretty much all the decisions to the AM, so you will lose that in game management, shouts, subs, team talks etc...if it's just subs you do during game then I'd say give instant result a go

Yea, I don't do anything else anymore besides subs. I used to do shouts, but I've read somewhere that it hardy makes any effect so why bothering with it. I always let the AM do the talks cause I just can't be arsed with it :D

I agree. Had a lot of success 1 season but 2 season opponents are more defensive so not scoring as much as I used to do - this can be a factor of a lot of things.

Do you change anything for hard away games?

I tend to lower the tempo one notch, I find that teams normally just park the bus. So by slowing the tempo down its in the hope that I retain the ball a little more with the intention of the opposition being dragged out of position

Is there a softer version of this tactic?

For conditioning and a more defensive style. A version that I want to switch to after at least 2 or 3 points.

I haven't created one but if you follow these steps on the video that Zippo did then you should be able to create an energy saving version of it. Its things like reducing the mentality to cautious/balanced, removing tackle harder where applicable, reducing the press and defensive line, reducing the tempo, wasting time etc... I'm not on my laptop at the minute so can't create one just yet

Yes, I remembered that topic. I created it according to these instructions. Anyone who wants can use it.
