In a previous save I tweaked the 5.4 rated Positive Tiki Taka tactic by removing the striker and inserting a Shadow Striker, the most successful tactics in FM21 were striker less so I wondered if the same would apply in this game.
I started a new save with this tactic using Everton, a team I support but more importantly a middle of the road Premier League side. I set my playing career to semi pro player and qualifications to National A License so no means giving myself a helpful boost.
As you will see from the Dunamic my Managerial Support is in the red with Team Cohesion only just in the Green....
As you will notice from the schedule I am unbeaten in the season, although it is early BUT like I say I have tested this in another save. 7 Friendlies, 1 Carabao Cup game and 4 Premier League games ALL won including a 4-2 win over Man City....
It would be good to have this tested as I carry on with my save. Great site lads, the search for the perfect tactic goes on.

It is a 4-2-3-1 tactic, do not use OI`s as it will affect the performance of the tactic.
Switched to this tactic midway through a season with Derby County, only games lost were in the cups to Liverpool and Chelsea.
Look at the screenshots attached, look at the form up to the Liverpool away game where I was using Positive Tiki Taka (IWBs + RPM Tweak) by Grumpy, then the form after that, very good tactic which I feel may beat this tactic rated 5.4 in your league table. I feel I need to share this with my fellow FMer`s.
You will notice my Reoutation is only up to 1 star well in to my second season after keeping them up despite starting -21 points. I started the game with Semi Pro footballer and National A License which is true to real life.

Played 35, won 33 and drawn 2. Lost 0 (Zero). Scored 120 Conceded 20.
Yes you might say it is PSG but I won my Champions League group winning all 6 against Atletico Madrid, Basiktas and Wolfsburg whilst also winning the 1st leg v Chelsea.
In January I got rid of the oldies excluding Wijnaldum and Messi (No one can afford his wages). I also sold Mbappe as he`d already signed a contract with another club.
All this is in the screenshots, take a look.
I think you should defo test this, I will report back when I finish the season.
I would be very interested in having this tactic tested as from using this and the Revelation tactic this seems to work much better. I will upload screenshots soon, I just wanted to share this.
Previously I had my original tactic tested and it rated a disappointing 5.7 but was the 7th highest scoring tactic tested. I have been working on this and think I now have a really good tactic which I`d like to share.
In my save I am in my 3rd season, I started with Everton trying to produce my own 4-3-3 but it wasnt very successful and I was sacked despite finishing 8th. I got the job at Reading a while in to the second season and reverted back to my 4-1-2-1-2 formation but made some subtle tweaks, results were better immediately and narrowly missed out on the play offs. Now in my 3rd season I am unbeaten in the league after 29 games, still in the FA Cup. My only defeat was in the Carabao Cup to Liverpool away which would be expected.
This seems to happen in all CM/FMs since I can remember but it appears to be more common in the later FMs. It is highly frustrating.
So last night I went on a good run of form, won 7 games straight en route to getting to the top of the National League with Weymouth but at 3am I decided enough was enough for one night.
When I switch on today the 1st game was against Dover who sit in the bottom 5 of the league table and we lose with all players rating 5.9 to 6.2, by far the lowest all season and we have been rating 7.0 to 8.0 for most games. Obviously form shouldn`t fall off a cliff in that way!
A quick restart and everything continues as before, is this a glitch? Do others have this problem?
I hasten to add I`m not one to quit and restart if I lose a game but on start up each day I find that 5/10 times this happens. Is there a reason to this?
Last game Spurs had 3 shots with none on target, it was zero shots till the last 20 mins or so.

I have discovered this Knap tactic which is working wonders for me, this is not my tactic but is very very good.
