Why do these players have different impact? They're both DMs, and for one, the third most important attribute is JUM, while for the other, it's STA. Is there any way to change that?

Below average impact attributes seem to have critical impact. But this may be subjective. I do recall the tests mentioning that work-rate up to 12 has a big impact, but almost none afterwards. This might apply to other attributes as well. Expand

Jumping Reach really seem to matter. I do however play FM23, hope the changes aren't that vast between the versions.
