I will test other trainings either suggested, or increase sample size. I'm currently testing RDF Gengenpress Sat and General. I managed to at least catch up to EBFM's schedule. Depending on sample size, maybe his or mine win.

Why do some players not develop at all? for example, I have a 21 year old defense (95 CA). He plays every game, his morale is high, he trains well, but he hasn't improved a single point all season. What it comes from? I will add that I run a team in the 2 bundesliga
So if i search player to this tactic and i search Defensive Winger look only for player who are natural as defensive winger? I mean i search players by setting the role defensive winger or search players who are natural at left midfield (for example)
