Thanks for the info!
This is the best tactic I've used on FM23.  It isn't the highest rated here, but it blows the doors off of your league if managed properly, and it has the easiest roles for finding players of anything I've used.  Well done.
How much do you all think it really matters if the IWBs have the inverted preferred foot?  Would a right footed right IWB still work alright?  The success here in the tests makes it seem like it would work fine.
Delicious said: You can swap to winger w/o any problem, keep in mind that most of those tactics are just super micromanagement, you don't need a 60 tactic to reach your goal. Just try and see if those players can play with wingers or not, don't be afraid to tweak :)

Cool, thank you for the help!

He's not good at finishing and has terrible balance.  He's also just better at winger things, like crossing.
I have a fantastic club grown winger, but he isn't really good at any other role.  I've scoured the tables, but I wondered if anyone could recommend a tactic that incorporates a winger?  Would it ruin one of the great tactics here if I replaced on of the IFs with a winger?
Thank you for any assistance.
What do you do when a BWM gets a yellow card, since you cannot remove tackle harder from them?
