Basically in the same range as the normal one. We need 4800 matches to conclude.

Also for tactics with playmakers, the stronger feet of the main passer and wingers are somewhat significant. I believe the normal one was tested with right-foot DLP and IF, so to mirror that we need to test this with left-foot players in these positions for a true mirror effect.
I really like the build up play in Blue DM. Your team attacks in 4312 narrow shape with DW as attacking WB and IWB as Volante. But in defence the wings are well covered with 2 players each wing when your team goes back to the original shape, very solid. Goals are only conceded when the build up is messed up by a CB and the team can not transist back to the defensive shape in time.

I know the idea is not new, but it suits the new patch really well. It is a bit demanding on the quality of the IWBs, who need to have good speed, positioning, movement and passing.

Also I got a slow playmaker (Neves etc.) and tweaked the DM to Registra, the results are also exceptional.

If so why don't we choose a better base?

I don't think that we should spend more time with this team shape, because Zealot already brought the best out of a 433 wide DM imho.

You can download top tactics for FM19, FM20, FM21 and see yourself that they all use it.

Everything that is beyond realistic is an exploit. In this ME near post headers are too powerful, you can even score a lot of goals with your keeper. So for this ME, abusing near post corner is of course an exploit.
I used these formations before. If you train your CM-DLP to Come deep to get ball he will cover a wider range and perform better than DM. Also a lone RPM is very weak defensively because he will roam from zone 14 too often and leave your CBs unprotected.

That's strange. Did you manage the team or that was a holiday test? My ass man always put James on WCB and Azpi on WB, which never works. Also Thiago Silva is useless in this tac because he is too slow.

Maybe I will try to tune it when the game is actually released with a stable ME.
I have had great success with this tac and Chelsea, 113-22 goal difference and 107 points.

The main creators are the WB, with the support of WCB on support, and the Mezzala. It is easy to dominate the wings and deliver a lot of crosses from both byline (WB) and deep (WCB) into the box. Some central play is also available with an attacking midfielder playing in B2B slot, or you can play a bit more defensively with a ball-winning type in that position.
Stan Seymour said: Good point. By the way +6.00 ain't bad on this website. Also, test results says something, but not everything. I can honestly say it's better than many higher rated tactics. Those who use this tactic also agree with what I say. I respect all tacticians, of course, but it's clear that there is a big difference between trying to get a high score for a tactic and creating a truly dominant tactic. These are two different things.

Yep, the tactic is truly dominant for big teams. I haven't used it for heavy underdogs, but for me it has been very tight in defence, totally unlike the result it got in the test.
So in the FM Arena test, the back three are tall but only have 13 pace. Maybe it is the reason that the tactic was leaky and scored bad in the test?
