STCL has Tackle Harder PI, but STCR doesnt. You can load the tactic and confirm. Just realised this in my 5th season. Hence will not be changing the tactic anytime soon, as my squad is built for 4-2-4 and it works well.
Does this mean, the wrong PIs got submitted, tested, and 424 Extreme Volts IV could have done much better in testing last patch? Maybe 62+ rating? Would we never be able to find out, now that the testing servers are updated to 22.3.0?
