Just tested Phoenix V3, Blue V2 and Motion V2.1 in a few test matches (underdog, French L2, 10 replicates per match). Home: Motion V2.1 is stronger (impressive), Phoenix and Blue V2 very similar. Away: BlueV2 and Phoenix and then Motion V2.1. PS: in my tests BlueV2 is strong only with players with good defensive skills as defensive wingers). With offensive players (with low skill for tackles, positioning, etc.), results impressively dropped.
