I organize my team with 21 players, 11 for squad 1, 11 for squad 2 (including the same GK). So players all (excluding injuries etcetc) play 50% of match (around 25/season)
It gives my players some rest and let me start every match with "Fresh" stam, but i don't know if it causes bad effect for developpement? Does players need more matchs to reach theirs potentials? Or is it enough ?
