For me, v4 is worse, 4-1-3-2 v3.0, FoxesNeverQuit (ZAZ Blue 4.0 Tweak) and ME22.4HOLYGHOSTFIREKnap451MUP103 are the best tactics of this patch.

I tested your version 3.0. In the new one, you just changed the standards. Version 3.0 is the best tactic of all the tactics that I have tested (I have tested about 300 tactics in this patch)
