Ok, nice to see this one filling its purpose for killing the game after being ahead.

For anyone who is going to be using this for that purpose, I recommend switching to this only after you have a comfortable lead of 2 or 3 goals. To further decrease intensity and keeping your players fit, feel free to remove "tackle harder" from the three DLP and the GK, as well as removing the "get stuck in" team instruction. There shouldn't be much difference in performance. But keep the "tackle harder" on your two IWBs and CBs.
Hi again, when you have time please give this one a try too.

This is NOT a winning tactic. It's a medium intensity tactic to kill the game and maintain a lead. I have been using it the past 2 weeks with good success rate and low number of conceding, while maintaining a very high possession percentage. Of course, goalscoring is almost non-existent.
Greetings, could you test this one please?

I have been getting consistently good results with it. I have been taking a more radical approach with this tactic of mine here and seems to work. I used ZaZ Blue as base template and expanded further from there with some extra team and player instructions in this weird formation. Surprisingly it works, but haven't tested how it performs with bad teams.
Test please!

I have been experimenting a bit the last few days with 3-4-3 tactics and finally made one that has been giving me good results. The set piece routines are from other tactic, as I have been getting good results with them.
First of all, thank you Mr ZaZ for such a great tactic, but also for the great insight you are providing in your comments.

I want to address an issue that has been pointed before and offer some insight based on my experience. I am specifically talking about the Defensive Midfielder position that people have been struggling to get good performance ratings from.

I had similar issues at first. A further issue is that it is a tricky role in itself as it requires many different stats to be effective compared to other positions (i.e. both offensive and defensive ones). Pace and acceleration alone do not yield the same effectiveness for DM as they do with other positions. It is true that a DM usually has the most completed passes, sadly not as many key passes.

The solution I found for getting good results is using players in this role that are very good at set pieces. There is a particular player that is godlike in this position: James Ward-Prowse from Southampton. This player has attributes of 20 in both corners and free-kick  taking! I tested him twice in two separate saves with Dortmund and in both seasons he ended up having the most assists (33 assist in last season) and competing with Haaland for most PotM throughout the season. Last season I had a 7.71 average rate with him in 37 appearances, 8 goals and an xG of 3.81. Personally, I find these values very impressive for a DM.

So basically, if anyone is struggling with this role, try to get players who are excellent at set pieces and make sure you assign them as first choice.
