The truth is I don't remember for sure but there are games where we have 2-3 bar hits and as many offsides or even a disallowed goal. Such games usually don't end with a very good result...
Not to be misunderstood, I'm very happy with this tactic. I won the championship, I'm in the cup final and the semi-finals of the UEL!
Well, if 6.5 is average maybe I was a little harsh on my players. Most players in these situations are between 6.5 and 6.7. Almost everyone is very familiar with their role, with maybe one exception in a game. I'll look at the situation in a different light based on what you wrote.
My players, with 3-4 exceptions, are not very good. We are a poor team and really our level is about somewhere in the middle of the standings. So I'm going to see who's making all the missed shots and I'm going to add the PI you proposed.
I've used 2 more tactics in my first career but your suits better and gets me better results. I do have a couple of questions for you though.
I started as a mid table Greek team in the 2nd division and now I'm in my 3rd season and I'll probably get the title, I'm in the cup final and I'm continuing in UEL as I'm in the best 8 teams. Pretty impressive I'd say!
Now, in some matches all my players (my best 11) perform below average - is this due to consistency? I don't know, all of them?
2nd question, during lots of matches, let's say almost half of them, my assistant suggests that I add the TI Work ball into box because the team looses a lot of chances. Is this something that I can safely add during a game?
I recently switched from another 4231 type tactic. I played 3 games with the red general. I won 2 of them against stronger teams BUT I lost 2 players to serious injuries, got 1 red card (my 1st in almost 2 seasons!), committed 4 penalties (3 awarded) and also got about a dozen yellow cards!
Is it all to do with your tactics or, I don't know, did it just happen?
