A simple 4231 that I have been using on my Newcastle save recently, it has brought me immense success and I would like to share it with you guys to enjoy. It's nothing too fancy nor groundbreaking.
Here's a tactic I used while managing Barcelona, adapted it for wider use, tweaked some stuff and tested with Man UTD. Results have been good for me, enjoy and have fun.

A tweak of a tactic I posted. I also uploaded a tactic that I made while playing as Chelsea, trying to emulate Chelsea's shape. It's not quite 1:1, but pretty accurate imo.
A tactic I made a week ago, started off as a 442 and morphed into a 4411. The goal was to utilize direct football to slightly deviate from the popular preset nowadays. Hope it works for you as it did for me, enjoy! I also uploaded the in demand 41212 tactic. The tactic maximizes all the players in each position, it is very direct&urgent and utilizes some elements of Gegenpress, negating possession*patient build up. I had no time to test it thoroughly so if you can feel free to do so, in limited tests it was effective. 41212 tests were conducted with Man City, I uploaded the results
