Keep in mind Rest does absolutely nothing if you did not add three sessions in the same day. Recovery is just a much worse rest that does not reduce match sharpness, so never use it. The only rest players need is Super rest (three rest sessions plus manual rest / "no pitch or gym". In weeks with two matches, make one super rest after each match day. Expand
