What if i get a red card? What to do next?

Great tactict but I have a problem with red cards. I am playing with Hull city. Took them from championship with TON 424 v9 HUB tactic and now in prem it doesn't work anymore so I tried your. I don't know what to do when I get a red card in matches like Liverpool or Man city. I am winning 2-0 and then lose 2-3 because of a red card. What to do? I also have training schedule from RDF something like that injures can also happen...
