I used this tactic to win the quadruple with Venezia in my 8th season.  This was my first year using this tactic.  The main idea is to overload the center and left side of the pitch which allows the RWB to have constant free runs at the defense.  There is a lot of flexibility in the attacking movements of the players, with roam from position on 4 players.  The only player instructions are for the AP (Dribble More, Roam from Position, and stay wider).
