I've been messing around with tactics that use RM/LM instead of RW/LW. I liked the two CM(a)s in the middle of the park because they would press high up the pitch, blocking passes through to the midfield in build up.
Seeing the last tactic didn't score many goals in the test, I changed the following roles to hopefully increase the threat of the formation going forward.
I wanted to make a "424-type" tactic with better solidity for lower-talent clubs, since these teams tend to have weaker defenders who struggle to cover large spaces isolated against high-danger opposition
Tracking forwards with press more and tackle harder (trying to mimic the double PF set-up from FM24)
RB: FB(a) -> IWB(a)
LB: FB(a) -> WB(a)
DMR: DM(s) -> VOL(s)
MR: IW(s) -> W(a)
