Does loading it onto all 3 increase their familiarity?

Tried last night getting back into it with Middlesbrough and a great pre season turned spurt losing first 3 games by 4 goals each 😂

I’m looking at getting back into FM after a few years off, I’m more of a casual player now and love the idea of download and play to get back into,

Is it as simple as downloading this tactic and plug and play? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated
