I am using the training at the visuals below. My question is whether I should add super rest to my first match or my second match in the schedule with 2 matches a week, or shouldn't I add it at all?

If there are 2 matches per week;
-The first match is at away

-The first match is at home


If there is 1 match per week;
-The match is at away

-The match is at home


If there is no match;
