Hello Guys, just bought FM24. Is this the best tactic currently and is it a plug and play for most teams? Are set pieces programmed?

Hello guys, basically what it says as the title.

It says my current version is 23.5.0+1827095 (m.e v23.2.0.0) so I was wondering for the table log should I pick a tactic from 23.2.0 or 23.5.0?
