I have been a Football Manager player for years and I ask myself this question:
Can a player's PA (Potential Ability) increase or decrease in a FM game?
I take the example of my current game with Gamba Osaka in Japan, I have a player with a CA of 80 and a PA of 105. My staff tells me that this player will be an excellent player for my team while for me it is very little!
