I've also prepared Genie Scout ratings for all 3 models (Google Drive Link).
Disclaimer:
- negative attributes like Rushing Out (Tendency) are not included since Genie Scout does not support negative coefficients
- GK is GK, there is no Sweeper
- MLR is Winger
- AMLR is Fast Striker
- STC is Target Striker
- ALL is not included

Hi, firstly thanks for your work. But could you explain this a bit more? Do you mean if I am looking for a fast striker, I should look at the AMLR current/potential ratings? or the other way around, look as FS cur/pot for an AMLR eg for an IF?

And if I am using a formation that has 2 strikers, one being an AF(attack) and a PF(support) which would be the right one to use? I assume you want the STC/TS coefficients for the AF with jumping reach recently determined as the most important stat on a striker? would a PF have the same or do you think the AMLR/FS is better for that role

I tested them on Q8-T8

V7 vs H8 seems strange, is there enough sample size? Why does +2 recovery sessions make it better?

It seems it does though, hence me wondering what I can do about it.

dont worry about it, im in my fourth season of training like this and my players are in nirvana even though a bunch of them dont like the training. If you have a bunch of issues like player mutinies happening, then i am sure training unhappiness will compound other issues, but if everything else is groovy then dont stress

definitely specific positions, you want your ability redirection/growth to be directed to your position important attribs
@harvestgreen22 How would you arrange Y6 when you have 2 games? Do you schedule training the next day after a match? My concern is players wont be recovered so they will miss the training due to the no pitch or gym work if they have not recovered to green

Would it be better to drop all match practise, and give them the full day off on wed? And do the Attacking/Defending on Thu, and an Overall on Fri?
