I have been following these threads for a while and have recently found something that I believe could be worth testing. Forgive me if this is already known, but I have found that you can surpass the limit of 7 Recovery sessions in any given week. With this in mind I have utilised the familiar preferred schedule by most, and altered it to maximise the recovery sessions.
1 Match Week 14 Recovery Sessions Saturday Schedule
2 Match Week 10 Recovery Sessions Wednesday + Saturday Schedule
These schedules could be viable to further increase the weighting behind the physical attributes, and may offer an alternate approach to maximising the physical output.
Bypassing the limitations on number of Recovery Sessions
1. Create a new schedule, with 7 recovery sessions
2. Add a Match session to an empty space within the schedule, making sure it does not overwrite an existing recovery session
3. Remove the match schedule, then add the remaining necessary recovery sessions
[Quickness]+[Match Practice]+[Attacking]+[Recovery]x7+[Double Intensity]+[Additional Focus Quickness]
1 Match Week
14 Recovery Sessions
Saturday Schedule
2 Match Week
10 Recovery Sessions
Wednesday + Saturday Schedule
