The importance of athleticism isn't that horribly unrealistic IMO (are clubs with poor athleticism winning top leagues regularly?) and I'm not sure it's even that unbalanced. I think you can win big leagues with good but not elite pace/acceleration (12-13) in a lot of positions. With some meta tactics, even good speed is optional - with one of the better 4-2-3-1 tactics I had Isco rack up assists with his 11/11 or whatever.

If I'm going to object to something about the game it's how quickly athleticism falls off for players over 31 and how nothing in the game (hidden attribute, trait, natural fitness) exists to counteract that.
I'm just starting to try these - with a W/S schedule for a team in European competition, I set up the Quickness/Match Practice/Attacking/7X Recovery schedule with the two match days, which turns it into Quickness/2X or 3X Match Practice/Attacking/7X Recovery depending on the week.

Is that generally what people are running or are y'all eliminating the extra match practices?
