I haven't really played around much with training, but want to try to this save.

Am I right in thinking I use the growth schedules (either one or 2 games depending on games per week) at least 3x per month. And then use one of the Rebalance schedules for the 4th week. Then rinse and repeat for the season?
Some minor adjustments made in game and one pre game. This is the results so far. Loving how it plays out during matches too.
