Im new to this so if I indicated what they are it was on accident I don't know what those two training schedules have in them like what training sessions go where.

I usually just download a schedule or schedules off the internet but with FM 25 not coming out I came back to FM 24 to see this news and I love to develop wonder kids so what exactly are the new best training schedules based on their data? I've seen something about ZaZ's physical attribute maximization schedule for the youth teams and then D6 for the first team what are those two schedules I can't find it when I search the internet and if possible screenshots would be much appreciated or just the links to the schedules so I can see them. Thank you!
