Hi guys I'm just wondering what exactly about this tactic makes it not suitable for 'Plug and Play'? What do I need to do to use this tactic effectively?

Hi guys running this tactic on FM 24 Console, unfortunately I can’t do complete custom tactics. Anyone have any suggestions for console set piece presets for this tactic?
