Could you guys advise on the best schedules for a squad of mostly 21 or 22+ players who already have 15+ pace/acceleration?
Also for players who are already at their full potential, is there any benefit of keeping them on additional focus quickness or should that be taken off?
I think something which grows some mental attributes would be better than the usual quickness + attack x2 + match practice
Regarding the 331 schedule and causing more injuries....I have seemed to notice this as well.
I'm wondering though, does sprinkling some recovery sessions in the 331 schedule help fix this. Maybe not like 7 recovery sessions but at least a few.
I'm thinking the way to go right now is to prioritize the 'speed' schedule which includes quickness + attx2 + match practice for U18 and U21 squad players. But on the senior squad where your players likely already have 16+ speed or close to it, to instead use the 331 schedule to help round out things like balance and strength and agility.
Are you guys not using match practice and stuff with certain schedules? I thought match practice is essential especially to keep players in good match condition.

For example, if I have an 18-21 player with a high professionalism of 16+, can he get by on say 1500 minutes an year and still reach potential?
Do the recommended minutes have to be starts or are substitutions okay as long as substitution is before 70th minute?
