Consistency theoretically should have zero impact because 1 CA - (any) CA = 1 CA, and I tested 1 CA a few times. There didn't seem to be any difference, but I can't say conclusively.
Professionalism, natural fitness, important matches, I know would all impact results significantly without needing to test. Others theoretically have some minor effects.
If you want to know what these attributes are relative to pace/acc, here is my conclusion I've arrived at previously:
Important matches I forgot to take notes properly on, but my general impression was that it's significantly more important than what I initially thought. Because from vague memory it affects all high rep league matches (i.e. premier league), not just the FA cup final say. Maybe like a 5% performance difference for every match say. Compare that to consistency, where consistency is only say ~10 non-physical CA less for the match, which could make 0 difference. Expand
Thanks for the reply. Based on what you’re saying, do you think focusing our match preparation more on physical training would be more beneficial for overall performance?
I was wondering about the hidden attributes though. Since they can influence things like consistency, pressure handling, important matches, professionalism, natural fitness, etc., do you plan to test how much impact these hidden attributes have in a 1 CA/PA environment?
It would be really interesting to see whether hidden attributes change the results as much as physical attributes do.

@Bar2 Avoid fielding slow players if at all possible, regardless of their technical and mental attributes. Likewise, pace and acceleration are your first filter when signing new ones. Expand
hanks, I’ll focus on signing faster players. My team scores a lot but also concedes a lot, and I have a 35-year-old slow centre-back, so that’s probably the reason. Passing and vision should be important for defenders too, right? Since we’re using the ball-playing defender role
You are the best Gerrard. This tactic is outstanding. In my Journey save, in my very first season after signing with Göztepe, I comfortably won the TFF 1. League — the second tier of Turkish football and secured promotion. Everything was normal up to that point, but what I truly didn’t expect was winning the Turkish Cup by beating Galatasaray in the final while still being a second-division team.
Note: I used a different tactic during the first half of the season.
Actually, this tactic isn’t against the general logic of football.
Most FM players focus on team instructions while ignoring the individual roles they give to their players, and that’s what misleads you.
From what I’ve seen when analyzing the tactic, the back three take up positions deeper. If you lose the ball, the remaining seven players press high because of the counter-press instruction. If the opponent is trying to build up from the back, five players apply pressure up front (the Defensive Midfielder and the attacking players). In a way, it actually creates a pressing trap.
FM’s match engine isn’t complete nonsense — the problem is that the tactics screen is limited, so we can’t fully and accurately reflect the style of play we want on the pitch.

1 pace = 2 professionalism = 5 dirtiness = 17 consistency

You need to replace any players who are slow - acceleration and pace are the most important attributes.
The Champions League might be a bit of an exaggeration

And which attributes would you recommend for the players in each position in this tactic when making transfers?
