Is there a 4-3-3 formation tactic where the forwards and wingers score goals? I'm playing with a pretty weak team, but I can't work miracles. I need this.
ZaZ said: There is a traditional 4231 tactic. Keep in mind it does not perform as well as tactics from the top of the table, because strikers are simply not working very well in this patch. If you are fine with strikerless tactics, I also added one 4231 version without them (or more like a 433).

I don’t find formations without a striker to be realistic or enjoyable at all. It turns me off the game.
