I know this topic is a little off in terms of what this site is about, but I'm wondering if someone has the best scouting methods to find the best wonderkids/players in the game, both manually and maybe recruitment focuses (eventhough they're terrible). I'm currently managing in the lower divisions in England and so, I'm looking at ways to find the hidden gems that cost close to nothing, but obviously want to know the methods aswell for when I rise to the top.
